It does not matter if you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, or simply want to live a healthier life; a professional personal training program created specifically with you and your needs in mind will take you as far as you want to go.
How Does It Work?
Your first step towards fitness and joining #BodyBySyd begins with filling out the new client questionnaire so I can get to know you and your current fitness lifestyle.
I would advise you to read the description for each plan to determine which plan best meets your fitness goals. If you have any questions, you may contact me directly to answer your questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sessions may be purchased on a monthly basis or you may choose to commit to a longer timeframe.
In-person training sessions are recommended 3 days a week, for 45 minutes to an hour. Payments are due upfront prior to the first training session. Each package is customized to you. Training packages vary based on commitment length and goals.
Payment options include Cash, Credit Card (using Stripe) or Zelle.
If you are not in the Los Angeles area, you can sign up for the online training program.
It will take 3-5 days to receive your packages after you fill out the questionnaire.

Most workouts will take place at District Sports Performance (1203 S. Central Ave, Glendale CA. In an effort to add variety to your workouts, some sessions may take place outside at a predesignated location.
